Availability and Booking Options

Casa Nayita is open all year round for long and short term stays, including yearly lease options.

During the high season (November 1st to March 31st) a minimum of 4 months must be booked for Units 1 to 4. During the low season (April 1st to October 31st) there is a minimum booking of 5 nights and we have discounted rates for all units.

The Casa is highly sought after for the high season and reservations are taken months to a year in advance. Space is limited for the 2026/2027 high season.

The low season is the perfect time to take advantage of the entire Casa for a private group stay!
